About Popups

If you ever experience a popup advertisement while visiting this site, the problem is NOT the site. We do not, and will not, create popup ads.

However, it is very likely that your computer has been infected with an advertiser's SpyBot, and we highly recommend that you remove all of these parasites soon. Most of them become more aggressive over time, finally taking over your browser and pasting ads all across your system. We have witnessed customer machines hopelessly damaged by advertising "payloads" delivered via an otherwise innocent looking web site.  Another symptom is a casino or sex site icon mysteriously appearing on your desktop.

You should occasionally scan your system with Spybot: Search and Destroy, and for good measure, also use AdAware. Between these, you should be able to remove all of these parasitic and dangerous viruses that masquerade as "legitimate business".  Also, we recommend the world's best Anti-Virus software, Free-AV. It really is free for personal use, and in our tests we found it removed things that the "big brand name" virus testers completely missed. It's also significantly faster than the "big brand name" virus testers.

To ensure continued safety and security, you should also stay up to date with your Windows Updates.
